• Schedules equipment maintenance workloads, preventative, and predictive maintenance. • Provides cross-functional support to all departments. • Interfaces with Manufacturing, engineering and facility teams for modifications, and design. • Trains and prepares work schedules for Maintenance Technicians and team members • Interfaces with all departments regarding facility schedules and problems. • Troubleshoots complex facility issues. • Purchases and maintains stock of all repair parts, lubricants, coolants, etc. • Drives continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and productivity. • Repairs logic equipment and performs preventative maintenance in accordance with standardized procedures.
High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree • 7-10 years of hands-on experience with Maintenance functions is preferred. • Experience in Assembly, Machining Welding, Stamping processes Knowledge of PLC, servo motors, motion control and drives. • Experience in Fanuc robot setup and programming
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (heavily focused on Excel and PowerPoint) • Strong technical knowledge of electrical/control systems and the ability to apply these concepts within a manufacturing environment. • Adjusts to the changing needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Pays attention to detail and solves problems quickly. • Demonstrated understanding of mechanical concepts involving machine designs, process requirements involved in the manufacturing process.
